When you rent your own space, you need to register at the local police station, and in the Wudaokou area, your landlord must accompany you.

You need to complete this registration within 24 hours of changing where you stay in China. This means, for example, if you go home to your country for a visit and come back to your apartment in China, you will need to coordinate going to the police station to register with us. Step 2 – View Apartments & Check Facilities

We take you on a tour of several apartments that fit your criteria on the date you schedule with us.

We will show you a mix of apartments. Some units will be nicer than others. We always do our best to find options in the upper and lower parts of your price range.

Step 3 – Sign the Rental Agreement

We will then have you sign the rental agreement. You will need your passport, deposit, and possibly other relevant information related to your stay in China.

Step 4 – Police Registration for Foreigners

We will need to help you check in with the local police. This is a quick process; you will need your passport, and the police staff are very friendly.

Dongwangzhuang (东王庄)

Next to the China Mining & Technology University and across from Beijing Forestry University. These units are mostly refurbished apartments in older brick buildings. Close to restaurants and Liudaokou subway station.

Dizhi Daxue Area (地质大学区域)

Inside the gate of China University of Geosciences. Lots of snack shops and study spots. Simple, safe, and easy to get to class, work, or the entertainment areas.

Furunjiayuan (富润家园)

Known for spacious apartment layouts and helpful building staff. You’ll find supermarkets, gyms, and the Liudaokou subway station nearby. A calm choice that still keeps you close to campus life, but isn’t very close to nightlife.

Chenghuayuan (城华园)

One of the more affordable apartment skyscrapers in the area. This is north of Liudaokou Subway Station. Located in a quiet neighborhood with good access to shopping, movie theatres, and restaurants.
